The hotel's location offered very easy access to the Magnificent Mile. The kitchenette in my suite was a big plus for preparing small meals. It really helped save on dining costs, allowing more budget for activities. I also appreciated the accommodating staff. They were always ready to assist.
The breakfast was very basic. It could benefit from some additional variety.

i was given a spacious two bedroom suite. One bedroom had a comfortable king bed. The suite included wine glasses and dishes. A hot breakfast was included, excellent. the toilet even had a bidet!
i noticed the hotel felt slightly older.

i found the two bedroom suite king queen very clean and spacious. fresh sheets and towels were available. the hotel is only a block away from michigan avenue so walking the magnificent mile was easy. i will definitely book again.
the shower did not have enough water pressure. it was difficult to get a comfortable shower.

I really appreciated the convenient location near the beach. The layout of my two-room suite was amazing. I also enjoyed the comfortable beds and free breakfast. I would stay here again.
The ice maker in the room was not working, a very minor thing.

spacious suite good location breakfast options high charge
the suite was very spacious and i was happy with that. the location worked well , it was close to both the lake and the shops.
the breakfast options felt quite minimal , there were long queues for eggs. also , i didn't like the high charge for parking at the hotel.
